Net development area
Land measurement for planning and development purposes, Guidance Note, Global 1st edition, Published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in May 2021, defines net development area (NDA) as: ‘…the extent of the site area upon which one or more buildings or other operations and their ancillary space can be built, measured on a horizontal plane.’
