Land in different occupation
The Scottish Building Standards, Part I. Technical Handbook – Domestic, Appendix A Defined Terms, defines ‘land in different occupation’ in relation to a building as: ‘…land occupied, or to be occupied, by a person other than the occupier of the land on which the building is, or is to be, situated.’
