Industrial cluster
The Industrial Decarbonisation Strategy published by HM Government in March 2021, defines industrial clusters as: ‘Places where related industries have co-located. Clustered industrial sectors tend to be those that required energy-intensive manufacturing processes, specifically: chemicals, glass, oil refining, paper and pulp, and iron and steel.’
