Hemp board
Short Guide, Fabric Improvements for Energy Efficiency in Traditional Buildings, published on 1 March 2013 by Historic Scotland, defines hemp board as: ‘A rigid board based insulation formed of fibers from hemp plants. Hemp / wool insulation is a semi rigid insulation formed of a mixture of hemp and wool fibres.’
