Forecast
Cost prediction, Professional Statement, 1st edition, published in November 2020 by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), defines forecast as: ‘An estimate and prediction of future conditions and events based on information and knowledge available at the time of the forecast. Often uses as a synonym for an estimate.’
