Emergency work
Common Repair, Common Sense, a short guide to the management of tenements in Scotland, Second edition, Published by Consumer Focus Scotland in September 2009, defines emergency work as: ‘Work that would prevent damage to any part of the tenement; or work required in the interests of health and safety that cannot wait for a scheme decision to be taken.’
