Early Bird
The New Homes Quality Board Glossary of the terms used in the Code and Guidance, published by The New Homes Quality Board in 2021, defines an Early Bird as: ‘a Scheme used by Developers whereby a Customer can register an interest in a New Home which has not yet been released for sale but which is likely to be released within a defined period of time.’
