PAS 2030:2023, Installation of energy efficiency measures in existing dwellings, Published by BSi in 2024, defines an EEM proprietary system as a: ‘combination of particular products and materials together with any related installation method, design detailing, equipment requirements and performance objectives, placed on the market exclusively by a specific supplier, for installation in existing dwellings for the purpose of enhancing the energy efficiency of those dwellings’
