Cycle hangar

They may also known by brand names such as Cyclehoop or Bikenest, lock-it safe that provide the hangars via yearly subscription or rental scheme.
Cycle hangars are on-street, secure cycle parking storage units for local residents. Cycle hangars members can only access the hangars by using a key. For example in London immediately following The Cycle Parking Implementation Plan (Transport for London (TfL), 2019) in 2020 there were around 900 cycle hangars, By the end of 2023 there were more than 10,000.
