Safe
Delivering the golden thread: Guidance for dutyholders and accountable persons, published by the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) in August 2024, defines safe as a: ‘state of being protected from recognized hazards that are likely to cause harm.’

The word safe may also refer to a secure cabinet with a complex locking mechanism that can be used to store things that are important or valuable.
