Client liaison officer
Roles in construction projects: analysis and terminology, by Hughes, W. and Murdoch, J. R, published in 2001 by the University of Reading, defines a client liaison officer as: ‘An individual within a client organization who is responsible for ensuring communication between the parts of the client organization and the members of the project team.’
