CHPQA quality index
Approved document L, Conservation of Fuel and Power, Volume 2: Buildings other than dwellings, 2021 edition incorporating 2023 amendments, defines the CHPQA quality index as: ‘An indicator of the energy efficiency and environmental performance of a CHP scheme, certified by the Combined Heat and Power Quality Assurance scheme’
