About Spanisharchitect
Our Practice has been engaged practicing architecture in Spain for more than 25 years.
Our experience in the field of architecture in Spain and United Kingdom has been varied and extensive, having built individual homes, apartment blocks and complete property developments as you can see on our projects shown in our web.
We have been involved in large residential projects as La Manga Club, La Hacienda de Ochando at Murcia, Las Golondrinas in Marbella, and large sport facilities like Inacua, probably the largest swimming and sport centre of East Spain but we do have an extensive portfolio of other individual clients' projects too.
We will assist you and agree on the scope and cost of our architectural services before the project is started and will provide you with an estimate of our fees without any obligation from your part.
The experience of the practice ensures that the interests of our clients are preserved both from the technical and economic point of view. Our clients can rely on us during all phases of construction, from the concept idea to the delivery of the finished building.
