About SingleLineDrafting
We turn an architect's floor plan into a complete residential electrical set and bill of quantities
We are a drafting service for residential electrical design. Working from the architect's floor plan (DWG or DXF), we produce the complete electrical set — single-line diagrams, socket and lighting layouts, panel schedules — together with the bill of quantities derived from that set.
The engineering decisions, and the final review and signature, remain with the client's licensed engineer; we carry out the drawing and the quantities that follow from it. We work to local standards across several markets.
On request we deliver in the client's own title block, layer standard and bill-of-quantities format, so the set does not have to be reformatted before it is issued.
