About RobinsonsFS
Yorkshire-based commercial hard FM. Six service areas. Over 1,500 commercial sites. Gas Safe, REFCOM, OFTEC and CHAS accredited.
Robinsons Facilities Services Ltd is a Yorkshire-based commercial hard FM business with roots dating back to the 1960s. Established as a standalone company in 2013, we have grown to support over 500 commercial sites across the region, with our head office in Harrogate and engineers covering North, South, West and East Yorkshire plus immediately surrounding areas.
We deliver six service areas: commercial boilers, heating and hot water; air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration; plumbing, cold water and hygiene; fire, security and life safety; electrical, lifts and access; and other commercial building services. Our service model spans planned preventative maintenance and compliance contracts, 24/7/365 out-of-hours call-outs, quoted works, on-demand repairs and formal procurement exercises. We are Gas Safe, REFCOM (F-Gas), OFTEC and CHAS accredited.
Our clients span offices, retail, industrial, education, healthcare and hospitality. Our team's expertise covers legionella control under ACoP L8, fire safety system testing under BS 5839, TM44 air conditioning inspections, F-Gas refrigerant handling regulations, LOLER inspections for lift and hoisting equipment, and the wider building compliance landscape facing UK commercial property managers.
