My career in HR and Diversity & Inclusion has been to support organisations throughout changing economic circumstances, empowering organisations by delivering high-quality learning and development solutions and supporting all business sectors ensuring that no employee or client suffers direct or indirect discrimination on the grounds of gender, gender identity, age, race, religion, belief, disability, sexual orientation or marital status. I am a resourceful, enthusiastic, experienced professional with niche skills and have the ability to hit the ground running, to take control of a project or cover long-term leave to help deliver aims and goals set by managers.
