Let me introduce you about myself. My name is Manish Chintamani Sane from Mumbai, India. I have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Master’s Degree in Environment Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India. Also, I have completed Diploma in Advance Information Technology from Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), a premier Indian R&D organisation under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Pune. In addition to the above I have status of Chartered Engineer from, CIWEM, UK.

Have 24+ years of rich experience in Water, Sewage, Municipal Solid Waste, Desalination Plants & General Civil Engineering Works which involves Conceptual Design, Drawings, Tendering & Quantity Estimation in line with Indian/British Standards, Site Execution / Supervision and have large number of contacts/network developed/maintained in Govt as well as Private sector which is required for Business Development for securing projects.

I am authorised & certified an Internal Auditor from Bureau Veritas, Muscat, Oman for ISO 9001:2015, ISO:14001:2015 & OHS 18001: 2007.

Ltd, Black & Veatch Consulting, HBK Contracting, Doha, Qatar, Petron Civil Engg Ltd, Al Ansari Trading & Contracting LLC, Muscat, Mott Macdonald Consulting, Mumbai, Drake & Scull India Pvt Ltd through their Germany based company called “Passavant Energy & Environment India Private Limited”, Gurgaon, Haryana, Sogex Oman LLC, Muscat (A Suhail Bahwan Group Company) and my last job was with Tata Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai.

I have actively participated for Bahwan Engineering Group, which is a leading Omani Construction Company (BEC). BEC’s project of Detailed Engineering, Design & Drawing detailing for 250 MLD capacity Seawater Desalination Plant at Sohar, Oman which is on DBFOOT basis for Myah Gulf Oman Desalination Company SAOC in close coordination with the Consultant Mott MacDonald Consulting, Muscat on behalf of my earlier employer M/s Sogex Oman Co. LLC, Muscat, Oman

was also a part of Project Co-Ordination of Independent Water Desalination Plant Project with Water Distribution System network by Gammon India-Al Matar JV company. Job Order Value: US$ 150 Million at Sohar. Oman

The Main project features were:

• Design, Engineering & Erection of 150 MLD Seawater Desalination Plant on EPC basis.
• Construction of Pumping Stations
• Supply, Lowering, Laying & Jointing of MS & Ductile Iron Pipes of dia ranging from 1200mm to 2300mm
• Construction of Service Reservoirs of capacity 50,00,000 Lit to 1,50,000,00 Lts.

Activities performed:

• Preliminary Mobilization of the project & project coordination Setting out office at Al Khuwair, Muscat
• Preliminary submission like Construction Program in M.S. Project, HSE Manual, QA/QC Manual etc. to the client (Ministry of Health, Electricity & Water, Sultanate of Oman) & Client’s Consultant M/s. Energoprojekt Entel LLC.
• Liaison with the client & consultant for approval of Design/Documents/Drawings, site facilities and other various standard formats.
• Correspondence with various vendors/ civil contractors in Oman, Saudi Arabia for getting quotation for M.S./D.I. Pipes, Valves, Civil works for Piping, Reservoirs etc.
• Co-Ordination with Gammon’s consultant M/s Mott MacDonald LLC for Design & Drawings.

During Corona period my mother expired due to post heart surgery complications and at the same time due to no major works in hand in Tata Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai (TCE). TCE's Water & Environment dept is mainly relied upon jobs from Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). During Corona period TCE was not getting jobs from MCGM & other clients & all the staff was working from home, still TCE was giving salaries to staff who are working from home. Unfortunately, in 2022, TCE Management / HR Dept. started curtailing / giving lay off high salaried employees’ job as per their Top Management policies and my name was in that list & I lost the job by getting lay off from TCE.

Since last 3 years I am working as Freelance Consultant to Construction companies, Valuations are as follows:

• Associate with Dnyandeep Infotech Pvt. Ltd., Sangli for providing web-design and web hosting services for Environment Engg services related to Sustainability solutions.

• Creating & checking drawings of Sheri Nullah Sewage Treatment Plant at Sangli in association with Walchand College of Engg. & Sangli Municipal Corporation.

• Development of Farm house at Bhor through mass plantation of rare ayurvedic plants.

• Helping Drake & Scull India Pvt. Ltd. (MEP) Contractor for securing Water & Sewage Treatment projects for their subsidiary company M/s Passavant Energy & Environment India Pvt. Ltd. through Joint Ventures.

• Looking after my farming land in Bhor, Pune, India and helped my son Master Aditya for his higher studies to go to the UK for to pursue MS degree in Product Design Engg.
