Surveyor with a keen interest in the Party Wall etc. Act 1996
My name is George Fryd and I am a director of an RICS regulated building surveying practice called GFA. I studied building surveying at university and have been working in various occupations since, with a strong emphasis on construction and building type roles. I established an RICS regulated firm in 2012 to move my professional career forward, and have since been working on a multitude of instructions and appointments in the surveying profession.
Mainly my professional work revolves around use of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and I fulfill all professional capacities in this regard.
