Hi I’m Keith Lane, owner of HIPCEA (established in January 2010) and licensed to produce domestic (existing & new build) Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Home Condition Surveys, domestic Green Deal Advice Reports (GDAR) and Legionella Risk Assessments (LRA). HIPCEA is based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and is ideally located to provide services for the surrounding areas of Chesterfield, Peak District National Park, Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield and South Yorkshire. As well as private home owners, my clients include local Estate Agents, Landlords, Letting Agents and Social Housing firms.
