About Haolin Wang
I am the creative architecture and planning student who studying in UK.
- The UK property especially accomodation is very elastic for universities and colleges students. The university accomodation is always been fulled up 2 or 3 months before the term starts. Therefore there is always more likely shortage for university accomodation. I have the experience of that because I could not find my accomodation for university when I was first year student who was coming to UK.
Suggestion
Improve the quality and quantity for local universities and colleges accomodation but creep down the price of accomodation. So more attractive supply has been made through this action, thus increase demand. This can make investor more interested because they can see more profit of this.
