RIBA Architect, Principal Designer and Interior Designer, Italian born professional
Giordana Burns BA (Hons Arch), MA (Arch), PhD, RIBA began her architectural studies in Italy before qualifying in the UK. She has over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, working across domestic and commercial projects.
As an architect with extensive experience in contract administration and project management, Giordana has developed a detailed understanding of risk, responsibility and regulatory compliance in live project environments. In 2024, she qualified as a RIBA Principal Designer and joined the RIBA Principal Designer Register.
As a Director of Axis Architecture Ltd, she works closely with Clients, Designers and Principal Contractors to ensure clarity and compliance under CDM 2015.
