About Afauquet
Professional practice in quantity surveying. Planning and Cost management

My career in Construction spans over 25 years, working on different roles and areas allowing me to acquire a global understanding of the construction process.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to work in all type of projects from new build to refurbishments and upgrades, including residential developments, commercial and industrial projects.
As a result, I have directed my career to the consultancy area, advising companies and individuals on the development of their construction projects.
Having worked in contracting companies I have a real insight on the site processes and together with my managing experience allows me to work in behalf of the Client while talking the same language than the other intervening parties.
An expert collaboration in behalf of the Client provides a preventive analysis in order minimize as much as possible all kind of risks related to every particular construction project.
The objective is to create as much certainty as possible and leave no room for the unforeseen to reach the end of the project successfully.
