Test memo
Should cost modelling, Development Guidance, Version 1.0, published by Government Commercial Function in May 2021 defines a test memo as: ‘…a supporting document to the QA Report that sets out test procedures performed on a model along with the results of the tests and in sufficient detail to enable them to be repeated by someone independent, as may be required.’
