Bespoke typology plan
The RIBA Passivhaus Overlay, published by the RIBA in 2022, states in relation to the bespoke typology plan: “Not all building typologies fit within the normal range of criteria established by the Passivhaus Institut. To confirm whether bespoke certification criteria will apply, an experienced Passivhaus Designer/Consultant will need to review the brief and the associated performance requirements. They will then advise whether the Passivhaus Institut requires consultation.”
