Strategic Outer London Development Centre
Town centres, Supplementary planning guidance, published by the Mayor of London in July 2014, defines Strategic Outer London Development Centres (SOLDC) are: ‘…locations in outer London or adjacent parts of inner London with one or more specialist strategic economic functions of greater than sub-regional importance.’
