Special forms of trading
Town centres, Supplementary planning guidance, published by the Mayor of London in July 2014, suggests that special forms of trading: ‘...includes spending that does not go through retail outlets, for example internet shopping, mail order, spending at market stalls and door-to-door sales people.’
