Non-strategic policies
The National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), published by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government in December 2024, defines non-strategic policies as: ‘Policies contained in a neighbourhood plan, or those policies in a local plan that are not strategic policies.’
