To Be Drafted.
If those property developers who seek to and are able to buy development projects and the current site, land, building and development projects who seek to sell their asset, both parties must be committed to moving to point of legal completion of the sale/purchase of specific development project.
That is what is needed so any site in any size range moves to the construction phase that will lead to appointed estate agents delivering the New Homes Sales.
Irrespective of whether Agent is involved or not to assist achieve a sale of their asset in a timely manner each vendor/owner needs to attain a high degree of legal preparedness at the point they decide to sell off market or via an Estate Agency.
Property Developers need to reach a high degree of preparedness in respect to their ability to get funding and provide credible proof of funding to demonstrate to site owners that if they accept the offer receive that after a reasonable amount of time in which the developer finalises funding then the developer will be able to legally complete on the purchase.
