Data producer

Skills and Competency Framework, Supporting the development and adoption of the Information Management Framework (IMF) and the National Digital Twin, published by the Centre for Digital Built Britain (CDBB) in 2021, suggests that: ‘Everyone in an organisation can be considered a Data Producer because they represent anyone who can create, update and delete data. For example those who enter data into a system or application, or write a report. They are aware of the quality requirements for data they create and are usually accountable for the accuracy of the data they produce.’
