Cost prediction
Cost prediction, Professional Statement, 1st edition, published in November 2020 by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), defines cost prediction as: ‘…an umbrella term and can commonly (be) taken to mean benchmarking, estimating, cost planning and cost reporting, for both a consultancy and/or a contractor, or other organisation, across building and civil engineering.’
