Article 1(5) land
Article 1(5) land refers to 'Areas designated by Article 1(5) of the General Permitted Development Order for special protection. These areas include National Parks and the Broads, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Conservation Areas and World Heritage Sites.'
