Part L 2021 Where to start, A guide for housebuilders and their advisors, Masonry construction, published by the Future Homes Hub in June 2022, states: ‘Included in SAP 10.2.2021, this appendix contains the reference values for the parameters of the SAP calculation which are used to establish the Target Fabric Energy Efficiency (TFEE), Target CO2 emission rates (TER), and Target Primary Energy Rate (TPER) for demonstrating compliance in new homes.’
