Advanced economies
Net Zero by 2050, A Roadmap for the Global Energy Sector, published by the International Energy Agency in May 2021, defines advanced economies as the: ‘OECD regional grouping and Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus1,2, Malta and Romania.’
Where OECD is the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, an intergovernmental economic organisation with 38 member countries.
