Client I am a Chartered Surveyor and "Director: Construction" for the client funds' of M&G Prudential and "Portfolio Surveyor" for all construction related appointments and contracts across the UK and continental Europe via our framework consultants as well as being "Fund Surveyor" for development monitoring activity.
I am a committee member of M&G Prudential's internal Construction Appointments Panel and provide touchstone advice throughout the business in relation to construction procurement and policy.
