Student Idea:
Promote to investors the concept of up and coming areas outside of the London property market which boast lower land prices but present a significant investment opportunity. These areas may include Manchester, Liverpool and the North East. Encourage the idea that the North of England is on the rise as a desirable location to invest in and that investment in these areas could present significant returns in years to come.
