About SHEDyt
My focus is in the vertical of residential real estate, in particular around the sharing economy, decentralising and PropTech.
I am a design thinker, that can work on consultancy projects or can direct new business, both outbound or inbound to targets.
OUr business SHEDyt exists to simplify property management for occupiers in collaboration with a marketplace of real estate experts; Starting with Residential Property developers and their Home Buyer customers.
The Real Estate sector is professionalising, building safety has to improve worldwide and admin requirements can be reduced with the assistance of a marketplace of experts. Also, occupier demands are growing and property management is becoming more challenging due to growing complexity of buildings.
