About Phi-Tech Architecture
With over 35 years in the construction industry, working throughout the UK and Europe, award winning Phi-Tech Architecture have a wide experience of building from Housing Association refurbishment to aircraft hangars, and different construction methods from traditional brick / block to steel frame and curtain walling systems.
We specialise in the production of drawings and documentation for tender packages, Building Regulation submissions and construction, covering Stages E to G of the RIBA Work Stages, although we are able to produce work prior to Stage E and during the on-site stages of construction.
We have successfully produced construction information for diverse projects such as a 32 storey residential scheme, an award winning £8.6m eco-friendly housing association development, Ministry of Defence works including a tank hangar extension, new offices and a new naval training school, nuclear facilities and the largest aircraft maintenance hangar (at the time of construction) in the United Kingdom.

Services:
Phi-Tech Architecture’s services include development of architectural drawings from conceptual sketches, development of architectural drawings from the client’s schematics, bespoke architectural detailing, and bespoke NBS specification and schedule of works writing for all types of construction contracts.
Phi-Tech Architecture also offer CAD Management services for the smaller architectural companies based on the AutoCAD platform including development of bespoke drop down menus and palettes, in-house CAD standards and documentation, and standard blocks and drawings.
