About Paradigm
Civil/Structural Engineering Services

Paradigm is owned and managed by qualified civil/structural engineers from India and Europe with extensive on-site and back-end experience in a range of projects across the world. And so, we really do understand the needs of people who work on buildings and structures — the issues they face, the pressure points, and the many things that have to be right at each complex, critical stage of planning and construction. CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES: • structural design • concrete reinforcement (rebar) detailing • structural steel detailing (fabrication drawings) • BIM services • pre-construction CAD Services As a company, we look beyond providing technical expertise (though it remains our core, to be sure): 1. We train everyone who joins our team to learn, to see the “big picture while understanding nuances and subtleties, to think different — more broadly, while retaining focus on the details. 2. Further, we nurture a culture where people are encouraged to share openly, freely, fearlessly 3. With this we innovate; we seek out ways to make things easier for our client, to help them be more efficient in their work – be it in processes, delivery or communication. 4. And then, we develop evolving systems to capture our learnings into processes and methodologies which continuously improve on how we help our clients
