About Mynd
At Mynd, we want to support wellbeing in the workplace, schools, universities, and at events with our short guided mindfulness sessions. Away from any unnecessary distractions, the mindfulness sessions at Mynd are the ideal option to add to your wellbeing plan. Our calm interior consists of light wooden cladded walls, various indoor plants, rustic benches and meditation cushions and mats. We see it as a tranquil space to get away from it all and to focus on yourself.
