Modrics Chartered Surveyors are a family run professional surveying practice and our offices are in Beaconsfield, Ruislip, Ealing, Windsor, Westminister and Knightsbridge, covering South West England.
We work hard to deliver a fresh and dynamic approach to building surveying, striving to offer the very best customer service, advice and knowledge for our clients at competitive rates to the highest professional standards. We pride ourselves on our friendly, approachable style and will always endeavor to provide a courteous prompt and punctual service.
We specialise in providing a bespoke service to our clients, tailored to their needs and requirements. Unique in the way we operate as a practice, we also stand out from in being able to guarantee communication 7 days a week with our clients. We operate throughout the weekend so we are able to attend to any requirements or queries in courteous and punctual manner. Whilst having a strong local knowledge of the London, Middlesex and Buckinghamshire areas, we in turn also understand the property survey requirements of our clients wherever they are and will be there to offer sound advice whenever they need it. We are also able to service clients further afield, even nationwide.
