About Mhora Samuel
Project and production management, and business and strategic planning services in cultural, theatre, screen, and heritage sectors.

I have brokered and project managed many arts and culture and creative industries projects and secured viable solutions for the future capital development, management and operation of cultural and community venues and small creative businesses.
As Director and CEO, I led UK-wide and London-based cultural organisations including the Theatres Trust (2006-16), CIDA - the Cultural Industries Development Agency in east London (2001-2006), and Total Theatre (1992-1998). In 2017-18 I led on the development of London’s Creative Enterprise Zones for the Greater London Authority.
I am a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Royal Society of Arts and a member of UK Theatre, the Federation of Scottish Theatre, ABTT, and the Institute of Fundraising. I am currently a board member of Arts Admin and Visit Theatres, and Chair of the Panopticon Trust in Glasgow.
