About Mfarhan00
I'm Mohammad Farhan—10+ yrs delivering complex capital projects across healthcare, hospitality, CRE & infrastructure, end to end.
My name is Mohammad Farhan and over the past decade, I’ve supported my clients in delivering complex capital projects across sectors like healthcare, hospitality, commercial real estate, and infrastructure - all from initial project concept to successful completion.
My background is in Civil Engineering, and I began my career in construction management, with Skanska, where I spent six years working on large-scale capital projects across New York City. I contributed to a $1.6B landmark redevelopment like Moynihan Train Hall in the heart of Midtown Manhattan and a $325MM ground-up hospital construction in Long Island. This hands-on experience gave me a strong foundation in construction and project delivery.
From there, I transitioned into consulting, joining Gleeds, an international construction consultancy. Over the past three years, I’ve led client-facing projects ranging from a Digital Transformation initiative for the PANYNJ, to a PMO rollout and campus consolidation for WPP, to high-end corporate expansion projects for clients like The Peninsula and Bloomberg.
This pivot allowed me to engage closely with the client in the full project lifecycle — from early strategic planning and visioning, through design, procurement, construction, and ultimately close-out and handover.
