Makin Developers is an India based construction company.
HISTORY
Col. S. K. Makin (Retd.), an alumnus of Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, started this company with a vision to provide world class construction services, backed up with his experience and loaded with his passion towards engineering. The company grew exponentially under his leadership and achieved pinnacle of success in just a decade. We have giant companies those we have served in our client list. We are proud yet humble of our journey to success and still going.

OUR DIVERSIFICATIONS
SOLAR
We have successfully commissioned 2 solar power plants with capacity of 1MW each at Laksar & Satpuli in Uttarakhand.
HOTEL
Our Hotel Alaknanda, located at Kaulagarh Road, Dehradun, is another feather in our cap. It is functional since 2017. With an inventory of 15 rooms, it has all the amenities with a restaurant and banquet hall, often used for corporate meetings and stays.
