LITONG started its Aluminum Coating processing business in 1998 and is the earliest professional Aluminum Coating manufacturer in China, and is one of the enterprises of Aluminum Coating Standard setting in China.
LITONG Group owns four(4) large domestic professional Aluminum Coating Enterprises, including LITONG Aluminum (Guangdong) Co., LTD., LITONG Aluminum (Shanghai) Co., LTD., LITONG Aluminum (Shandong) Co., LTD., and LITONG Aluminum (Wuxi) Co., LTD., and two(2) Overseas wholly owned and Joint Venture professional Aluminum Coating Enterprises. The Production, Sales, Exports of both rank first in China.
In the past 20 years, LITONG Coating has made great contributions to China's Aluminum Coating industry by deep Research and Development the technology. In 2005, LITONG Group invested heavily to integrate and introduce professional technical teams of Machinery, Coating and Chemical Industry to start a new generation Coating Line R&D, which is with high-speed and environmentally friendly high-performance, and it was successfully installed and commissioned in LITONG Aluminum (Guangdong) Co., LTD.,: Environmental emission completely reached the National Standard; Coating speed (60m-80m/ min), Coating thickness (0.2mm-1.5mm), coating width (Max.1650mm) and other related technical performance have reached the best level in China.
At present, four(4) LITONG Coating Enterprises have passed the National Environmental Protection Acceptance.
Litong have 26 higher speed and advanced roller coating lines and several other precision equipments like slitting, cross-cutting, embossing equipments. Litong has taken a higher position in coil coating production in China. Annual capacity of color coated aluminum coils is more than one-hundred thousand tons , which are exported to nearly 100 countries and regions; Litong has good partnership with home and abroad leading enterprises in roofing systems, ceiling, walls and honeycomb, composite panel and other decorative industry.
Litong has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification and ISO14000 international environmental certification system. With superb technology, excellent quality, sincere service, Litong has been supplying coated aluminum products to several main strategic projects in the field of airports, high-speed rail, metro, sports centers, exhibition centers and other national and local key projects.
