From the age of 11 to 20 I was fortunate to live at 37 Jury St Warwick being a Grade 2, (Pevsner mentioned) listed building in the middle of old Warwick, next to the Eastgate. Secondary education was at Warwick School for Boys.

From 20 to 30 I was fortunate to train and become a National Farmers Union Branch Secretary and refurbished houses on a part time basis.

Since leaving the world of agriculture I have spent the last 30 years, buying, renovating and selling traditional property.

Have been a member SPAB, CIOB and currently a member of the IHBC.

I specialise in Damp and Timber issues by surveying and advising on damp and timber decay in traditional, historic and heritage structures.
