I am Managing Director, regularly advises project developers and builders in various investment, construction and commercial activities in Vietnam. Being recognized as a dynamic person in the field of construction and dispute resolution.
I has consulted and assumed the position of Contract Dept Deputy Manager at Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation, and an associate at LCT Law Firm Ltd. before founding CNC.
In addition, I supported small and medium companies in restructuring, business reorganizing in line with the companies’ orientation and strength, and the in-depth training of senior personnel of the company to helps improving contract negotiation skills.
With years of experience and good relationships with investors and contractors, I approaches and solves significant problems to ensure the benefit of all parties in the transaction agreement.
