About Emmanuel Udo Ndubuka

I’m a multi-skilled construction project management professional with significant experience, working on commercial and industrial engineering construction projects. My favorite projects allow me to leverage my civil engineering background along with my project management skills in developing creative solutions to problems. My focus is exceeding expectations, while employing environmental concepts and skilled analysis.
I’m detail oriented, ensuring all critical information is considered and analyzed when developing, implementing, and leading projects. I’m adept at organizing statistical data and project requirements, resulting in smooth and controlled roll-outs of projects. My projects not only satisfy the customer, but they are also completed within budget and on time. I am an enthusiastic individual, who is passionate about new challenges and the possibility for creative solutions.
I’m adept at working independently and in teams. Working with professionals of other disciplines allows me to broaden my perspective while serving as an expert in my field. I am able to maximize my contribution to projects through development of interpersonal relationships and clear communication.
I enjoy meeting business leadership, team members, and sub-contractors, and helping them to deliver optimal value to customers through targeted training and support systems. My interpersonal acumen allows me be a valuable liaison with clients, government and local agencies, and subcontractors. I am an effective leader, recruiting the right talent, and ensuring that teams and subcontractors have the information they need to be successful.
I am currently processing my PhD admission in Project Management Technology with, at the Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. My research interest area is on ‘Integrating Environmental Sustainability in the Life Cycle Management of Building Construction Projects in Nigeria’. I hold an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering (BEng) from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria and a postgraduate degree in Engineering Project Management (MSc) from Coventry University, UK.
