I hold a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Property Management from Reading University and I am currently in my final year of my RICS Postgraduate Diploma.
I have been a Commercial Corporate Surveyor, but my current job is Commercial Analyst with Aspire Defence Services Ltd (PFI). Hoping to qualify in due course as MRICS in Commercial Property Practice.
I am extremely interested in the development appraisal side of property and I run a property-related website - www.thepropertyspeculator.co.uk.
In my spare time (!) I enjoy running, weight-training and occasionally climbing.
