About Dorival Mota
Design Manager + Associate Architect
As an Associate Architect and Design Manager at Jacobs, I contribute to delivering large-scale, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects in the Middle East, including the Sedra Expansion in Saudi Arabia. With over eight months in this role, I oversee comprehensive design governance, from concept to construction support, ensuring alignment of scope, quality, cost, and schedule through change control and risk management.
My work is driven by a commitment to seamless multidisciplinary coordination, managing interfaces across architecture, structure, MEP, infrastructure, and landscape. With ARB, RIBA, and OAA credentials, I collaborate with teams to deliver integrated and sustainable solutions while leveraging BIM and common data environments to ensure design consistency and value engineering.
