"Articulated Housing"
The idea is about solving all future problems by having a simple yet very efficient network configuration. And by "network" I suggest a very basic steel (recyclable) structure that can support, not one, but multiple housings throughout the whole Voxel (a regular three-dimensional grid). The houses, made of wood (natural resource), will have a cubic form. Depending on the client's affordability, the house will either stay cubic (small) or will be combined with other similar forms to meet the desired size. It could start a small group of houses and end up a whole community (urbanization). The horizontal elements of the structure will serve as rails and conducts (electricity for example) and the vertical elements will serve for rainwater collection, drainage and also railing. The unused spaces could turn into "flying gardens" that can serve for both: agriculture and roofing (depending on the climate change).
